Comment (by muks):

 Instead of introducing that environment variable `B10_DHCP4_PORT` for use
 in the lettuce test, it's better to introduce an option for it in
 `dhcp4.spec` (something similar to `listen_on` in `b10-auth`'s spec).

 (This is a comment when I looked at this branch when working on #3074;
