 Thank you for your response.

 The requirement to run DHCP servers under root could be really documented
 in the Guide. I had a look at the dhcp4/6 creation of sockets and it
 really doesn't seem to be trivial to migrate it to the b10-sockcreator (I
 think the sockcreator would need some changes, too.). I might try to come
 up with something, but not any time soon, too. :-)
