Comment:

 I reviewed your changes. They look good.

 I merged master branch to this branch to check that it works with the
 other tickets that had been merged to master recently. On the top of it I
 added a few minor fixes (mostly cleanup type of thing). In the DHCPv4 I
 fixed the way that option codes in ORO were accessed. All unit tests now
 pass after this change.

 I kicked-of the tests on the bind10 build bot and I expect they will end
 tomorrow. So, basically if there are no issues we could merge the ticket
 tomorrow.

 Please review my changes on this branch.
