Comment:

 Two small fixes for this. First, display the name of the socket file, if
 it is known, in the startup error message. Second, when running in verbose
 mode as described in other error messages, do not redirect STDOUT from
 b10-msgq so that any errors that msgq encounters during startup are
 displayed.

 No ChangeLog entry required.
