 Actually description is too vague and this is never ending .... I am quite
 sure that since my work many more problems with the doxygen docs have been
 introduced and some may have been fixed.
 I think the review would only be a quick look over the diff, but running
 doxygen and checking would be fine too.  I don't think we need to fix all
 doxygen problems in this old ticket.
