Comment:

 I can't reproduce error either.  My output is different than yours. I get
 to my console:

 FATAL [b10-cmdctl.cmdctl]: CMDCTL_UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION uncaught exception:
 Error creating server, because: [Errno 48] Address already in use

 INFO [b10-cmdctl.cmdctl]: CMDCTL_EXITING exiting
 }}}

 Not very friendly for starting bind10. But maybe "Address already in use"
 gives enough clue that bind10 is already running.  I will close this
 ticket since the original problem doesn't exist.
