Comment (by shivathapa):

seems to be not able to interpret. Again explaining same thing step by
 step.

  - Add / modify domain in flat file that we used to do in earlier version
 of BIND.
  - Change serial after we are done.
  - loadzone into sqlite database.
  - Zone transfer successful

Up to this , it works perfectly fine.

  - Add / Modify in sqlite database .
  - couldnot found any serial records in sqlite database.
  - No update in db file
  - No zone transfer

Later we will try to make a front end so that instead of db file , we will
create a form which will be used to add or modify domains using those form
 .

Is it possible ? If yes How ?
  - Added or modified records in not updated in db file
