Comment:

 Adding sole estimation to the ticket.

 Note that I don't think we can fix this problem (as we don't link to Boost
 shared library on the system; we use it as include-only headers).

 But if the ticket is to use the vanilla non-Boost ASIO headers installed
 in system paths, I agree with the estimation.
