Comment:

 This work includes the following changes:
 - getLease6() methods take one extra parameter: LeaseType
 - getLease6(leaseType, duid, iaid, subnet_id) now returns lease collection
 rather than a single lease
 - getLease6() renamed to getLeases6()
 - a new version of getLease6() implemented that will return zero or one
 lease (or throw if there are more)

 Prototypes for memfile and MySQL methods were updated, but they don't use
 that new parameter yet. There are follow-up tickets for actually using
 those.
