* For some other bits, I have pushed some minor updates to the branch
(too numerous and simple to discuss every bit). Unlike source code,
there are a lot of ways to write something, so please take the changes
with a grain of salt. Please also check them for errors. :)
* One thing lacking is some initial help on building BIND10. We should
perhaps point to the SystemSpecificNotes page.
I'll also ask `dclink` to review this.
