 For gtest, check for existence of headers and macros. For example, gtest-
 printers.h and ADD_FAILURE_AT is in 1.6.0 but not 1.5.0

 And some macros are in 1.5.0 but not in 1.4.0, like GTEST_DONT_DEFINE_TEST
 and GTEST_API_.
