Comment:

 Implemented support for filtering by lease type in MySQL backend for IPv6
 lease queries by adding lease type to the where clause of the IPv6 lease
 query SQL statements.

 I  also updated the appropriate log messages to include the lease type and
 added a new unit test specifically for testing lease type discrimination.
