 The branch doesn't add anything to the guide yet. I don't know how to best
 document it to the guide. We may want to document the entire zone file
 format in a section somewhere, similar to the BIND 9 ARM.

 There is a basic lettuce test as part of this branch (2 $GENERATE
 statements in the zone file). The unit tests are extensive and I felt we
 don't have to repeat these in lettuce as well, so we basically check that
 we can setup a zone file with $GENERATE and query these generated RRs
 using `dig`.
