Comment:

 This looks just fine. All the tests, both unit and lettuce, pass. There
 are a fair number of changes that are just formatting or coding standards
 related, which aren't strictly part of the ticket but they are all valid
 and make everything look neater. Please go ahead and merge and close, if
 you don't want to hold out for a DHCP team member reviewer.
