 Should the message id indicate it is for option 53 Message Type?

 And maybe should have a precise pointer to valid message types?  Maybe it
 is http://www.iana.org/assignments/bootp-dhcp-parameters/bootp-dhcp-
 parameters.xhtml#message-type-53  ?
