Comment:

 Changes passed cppcheck and unit tests.  (I did not run them with
 valgrind).

 I also installed the build and verified that you can override option codes
 within the range of standard definitions so long as they are not already
 defined.  I tested both b10-dhcp6 and b10-dhcp4.

 Changes are fine, please merge them in.
