Comment:

 Ticket discussed during 2014-02-19 Kea meeting. Accepted in 0.9-alpha as
 low priority, because we already have an aggressive schedule with many
 tickets to go. We will *try* to fix it before 0.9 alpha that is planned by
 end of March, but whether we'll be able to do it depends on how complex
 the issue is.

 Thanks for reporting this bug. May I ask for traffic captures from Kea and
 ISC-DHCP? You can capture it with wireshark (Windows/Linux) or tcpdump
 (Linux). It would be very helpful to get both (so we could compare the
 differences and see what Kea does differently).
