 Reviewed commit 3c93e313b5cb1306c8a12167f401b024cd5384b2

 There is still this: !''With two template files given on the command line,
 the first will be used as the pattern for SOLICIT packets, the second as
 the pattern for ADVERTISE packets!''.

 Other changes are ok. So as !ChangeLog.

 After fixing the issue mentioned above, please merge. I don't need to see
 this ticket again.
