 There is a bunch of parameters which needs to be added to DHCPv6 server
 configuration to control DNS Dynamic Updates. This ticket is about
 addition and parsing these parameters, not acting upon them.

 Trac3033 added the configuration parser and storage for DHCP-DDNS in
 libdhcpsrv for b10-dhcp4.  Since DHCP6 uses the same set of parameters for
 DHCP-DDNS, this ticket should:

 1. Update dhcp6.spec with "dhcp-ddns" element defined in dhcp4.spec
 2. Integrate the use of D2ClientConfigParser as done for dhcp4.spec
 3. Implement use of the new parameters other than those that apply to b10
 -dhcp-ddns connectivity.  Those will be dealt with when NameChange IPC is
 integrated.

 D2ClientConfig parser as well as implemen
