 Jeremy proposed that we use the commit message in the `ChangeLog`:

 XYZ. [bug]       muks
      Don't print trailing newlines in Question::toText() output by default
      It is possible to get the old behavior by passing toText(true).
      Message::toText() output is unchanged.
