Comment:

 I have reviewed this but you might also want someone from the DHCP team to
 review it. Passes make check on FC19. Did you run this against the
 SunStudio builder and make sure that the test failure mentioned in the
 ticket now passes? If so I see no problems with the change and for my
 money you can commit and close.
