 We had discussion about that feature on dhcp chatroom, function
 testServerID now being performed before saniyCheck, also added @todo

 Test needed redesign anyway, now test is easier, more readable and also
 checking more cases.

 exception removed

 I'll change ChangeLog right before merging it to master. Forge tests are
 passing now.
