 I reviewed fb678e639cd130cc718cff735e351f019d0c9164.

 Thank you for implementing those changes. They look good. I have only one
 minor outstanding comment. The test ParseConfigTest.validD2Config (and all
 other tests) should use addresses from 2001:db8::/32 (see RFC3849) and
 192.0.2.0/24 (see RFC5737) for testing and documentation.

 Once you update this, the ticket is ready to go, I don't need to review it
 again.

 Tests pass on Ubuntu 13.10 x64 and g++ 4.8.1.
