Comment:

 It seems that not all comments above have been addressed. I applied
 appropriate changes to comments in Dhcpv6Srv::testServerID.

 Also, I wrapped too long line to 80 characters.

 And I replaced tabs with spaces. Note that we use spaces (not tabs) for
 indentation.

 Please propose the !ChangeLog entry for review!
