We should introduce system tests (lettuce) to try and load bad zone data
into `b10-auth` and verify that the server does not crash with unhandled
exceptions, etc. These conditions should be gracefully handled.
Currently zone load failures are tested at the unittest level, but these
are tested to see whether they correctly throw exceptions or not.
`b10-auth`'s behavior needs to be tested at the system test level.
A lack of such tests is severe enough to be a defect.
