 For the bindctl password to use with cmdctl, let's just keep it in the
 lettuce configuration.

 Create a configurations/default_user.csv with
 root,bind10

 and maybe change  tests/lettuce/features/terrain/bind10_control.py

  args = ['bindctl', '-p', str(cmdctl_port)]

 to add the , '--csv-file-dir=configurations'

 Not tested.
