Comment:

 The libdhcp++ has been fixed to correctly handle boolean values. The unit
 tests have been extended to cover setting boolean option values. Also,
 bind10-guide has been updated.

 It may be worth to extend unit tests that check the server's configuration
 with the cases for different data field types. I submitted the additional
 ticket for it: #3297.
