 Use of `boost::offset_ptr` fails compile on Solaris 10 with GCC:

 It passes on Solaris 11 i386 with GCC. Here is some version information:

 Solaris 10 with GCC (fails):
 {{{
 CXX_VERSION:     g++ (GCC) 3.4.3
 BOOST_VERSION:   1.54
 }}}

 Solaris 11 with GCC (passes):
 {{{
 CXX_VERSION:     g++ (GCC) 4.5.2
 BOOST_VERSION:   1.50
 }}}

 Jeremy said he'd check with a newer version of GCC on the Solaris 10
 machine.
