 which use  wrong nodistdir.

 This causes many files to be installed to wrong place outside of the
 install location.

 I think the plan was for these libraries or files not to be installed. It
 should use noinst_ instead and get rid of nodistdir also.

 Probably a second ticket needs to be opened so we have tests that check
 hooks from install location. If we had that then this would have been
 detected automatically.
