 D2ClientMgr needs to create NameChangeUDPSenders with correct "any"
 address based upon the configured server address.  Currently
 it always uses "0.0.0.0", thus if the dhcp-ddns/server-ip value is set to
 an IPv6 address, the UDP sends fail.   For Ipv6 it should use "::".
