Comment:

 #2367 was merged and thanks to Mukund's and Kean's work, we are now able
 to build the code without DNS modules. The opposite is also possible
 (build just DNS, skip DHCP), but we don't care about that much anymore.

 Closing ticket. Any follow up work will be conducted in #3256.
