Rather than list trivial comments here, I've made a number small changes
to the text. Some of these are wordsmithing changes. Others are
formatting (e.g. use of the "orderedlist" docbook tag for numbered lists.)
Please pull the update and review these.
Two more substantive comments:
Table 17.4 should include an explanation of when the server updates
forward and reverse zones. For example, if the flags are 0-0, the client
intent is "Client wants to perform forward DNS updates" and the server
response is "Server does not generate request". Does that mean is
generates no DDNS requests at all, or just no request to update the
forward zone and it does update the reverse zone?
In the DHCPv6 server, the server_ip examplies are IPv4 addresses. Is
communication over IPv6 possible?
