Comment:

 Ticket is ready for review. I focused on cleaning up the limitations of
 DHCP server and D2. The first bullet in limitations sections for DHCP
 servers (removal of a subnet) will be addressed with #3281.

 I also updated sections listing supported RFCs. I added RFC3633 for PD and
 a few RFCs which introduce options that we handle in some !''special!''
 way.
