That is called man in the middle attack and if you really want to achieve that,
you want to have something like a transparent proxy that hijacks http traffic
(you really do not want to mangle DNS, they might come there and have it cached,
for start).
And if I ignore the fact, that this is not at all Bind10 related, this sounds
like you're doing something that will make the people there really unhappy and
isn't really by the ideas of Internet and stuff.
