I don't have debian, so I'm not sure about this, but I'll guess that the debian
package is for python 2 only (BIND10 uses python 3), therefore it can't be used.
But there'll be people who know better.

The warning is probably too scary. For one, the only reason for using this
module is that the processes have nice names in `ps`. It helps to identify them,
but it isn't crucial for the application. For another, it might just work
without it anyway (on some OSes it works out of the box, on my gentoo system it
does). So, I think you can give it a try and see if they are named nicely or
not.

If they are and you solve the problem with package, there's no need to recompile
or reinstall, the module will be picked on the next start.
