I did see something similar after changing the installation path, like
this:
$ ./configure --prefix=/foo
$ make
$ ./configure --prefix=/bar
$ make
$ make install
FAIL
If you did this, then "make distclean" may help clean everything out.
If you did not, then there is probably something wrong with either the
BIND 10 or the Debian unstable setup. We can have a look if this is the
case.
