Which should also be reported upstream.

Botan was the only thing that required python 2.x for me (for a VM to 
*only* run bind10).  And the fact that botan only requires this to run its 
CONFIGURE script strikes me as ridiciulous.  Was #!/bin/sh so hard for the 
Botan developers to master?
