We don't really have any named.conf, and we don't support the bind9 options. We
probably will have a compatibility mode of some kind in future, but we
concentrate on the functionality now. So the way to configure bind10 is really
through bindctl.

Unfortunately, you can't, we don't support the option yet ‒ it gets output in
the order it is output from the database (in case of SQLite3 backend) or the
order it is read from the zone file (in case of the in-memory backend). Again,
this is something we probably will support eventually, but we have more needed
features to do.
