Help with Xfrout notify

This may be related to a ticket that is in the current sprint
(http://bind10.isc.org/ticket/1148). And if not, that ticket may be a
good place to look at this :)

I suspect the xfrout component only reads the available zones once on
startup atm, could you try restarting that component?

If it does work then, at least we are sure where the bug is :)
