in the currently released beta, the default username/password
combination is root/bind10

FYI, this will be removed in the next release, and there will be no
default login in the final version (you'll need to create one with
b10-cmdctl-usermgr: 'b10-cmdctl-usermgr -f
<prefix>/etc/bind10/cmdctl-accounts.csv' after which at this moment a
restart of at least cmdctl will be needed, IIRC)
