BIND10 run error

It's not stalling (at least this log isn't different from the common
case  of successful startup).  b10-init doesn't go background by
default, so it's simply running on your terminal (other BIND 10
programs should also be running background).  You should now be able
to get access to it using bindctl (note that you'll first need to
create a user account; see the BIND 10 guide).
