Facing an issue with botan-config while configring BIND-10

If you're using the latest version Bind10-1.1.0, you can also try the
option *--with-botan-config *then specify the path to the config and not
the folder. In my case, it's like this
--with-botan-config=/opt/botan/bin/botan-config
