Bind10 chang the root hint

I am using a slave root instead of a hint and it is recursing well on my 
bind10 internal lan view.  The named.conf file is here: 
http://maplepark.com/~drf/References/named.conf.obscured

I hadn't looked at the actual root zone file until I saw your post and now 
found it is binary.  It updates a couple of times each day.

My installation is small and could be considered just a lab environment 
although we do serve a couple of web sites. we are 100% ipv6 internally 
and about 2% V6 externally.  DNSSEC in external forward zone.
