Announcing the release of DHCP 3.0 Beta 2 Patchlevel 1

I just cut a release of DHCP 3.0 Beta 2 Patchlevel 1, which is the
first official release to include the DHCP Failover Protocol, OMAPI,
and a few other goodies.   If you are in a position to try new
software, please grab this and give it a shot.   It is by no means
something I would recommend that you run in production at this point,
but the sooner people grab it and bang on it, the sooner that'll
change.

The software is at:

	   ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-3.0b2pl1.tar.gz

Please send server and relay agent bug reports to dhcp-server at isc.org
and client bug reports to dhcp-client at isc.org.
