I just cut a new release candidate which fixes the failover bugs that
I thought were fixed in rc11 (sorry about that).   It also fixes a
minor warning message, and fixes the bug in the implementation of the
subnet selection option that was mentioned on the mailing list this
week.

The release is at: ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp

Unless there is something really broken about rc12, this is going to
be 3.0 final, so if you know of breakage of which you haven't reminded
me in the past week, speak now or forever hold your peace!

		Changes since 3.0 Release Candidate 11

- Always return a subnet selection option if one is sent.

- Fix a warning that was being printed because an automatic data
  structure wasn't zeroed.

- Fix some failover state transitions that were being handled
  incorrectly.

- When supersede_lease is called on a lease whose end time has already
  expired, but for which a state transition has not yet been done, do
  a state transition.   This fixes the case where if the secondary
  allocated a lease to a client and the lease "expired" while the
  secondary was in partner-down, no expiry event would actually
  happen, so the lease would remain active until the primary was
  restarted.
