Announcing ISC DHCP 3.0.1rc5

I've just cut a new release candidate with a couple of small fixes.   If 
people could try it out, I'd appreciate it.   Here's the changelog:

                        Changes since 3.0.1rc4

- Fix a bug that would cause the DHCP server to spin if asked to parse
   a certain kind of incorrect statement.

- Fix a related bug that would prevent an error from being reported in
   the same case.

- Additional documentation.

- Make sure that the hardware address matches the lease when
   processing a DHCPRELEASE message.
