Subnet selection problem

Hi, 
I struck me that I might encounter some difficulties with my current subnet selection solution.
Since the dhclient.conf file is only read at startup, I (the mobile terminal) cannot request addresses on different subnets as I roam around. I would need to trig a read_client_conf()
or something everytime after I see a new subnet I want an address on (and writes that
subnet into the .conf file) to make sure that the changes are executed.

Do you think this can be done somewhat straightforward?
