Can I get the Design Document/Programmers Manual?

Hi dhcp-developers(including Ted Lemon),

Can I get the Design Document as well as Programmers manual of the DHCP
Server(dhcpd). This would help me making my own Director Enabled dhcpd.

Secondly, is the beta-version of dhcpd available?
