i've been mulling over dhclient support.

it seems like we want dhclient to do a 'domain-name + " " + search-list'
when it shells to dhclient-script.  this makes the domain-name and
search-list separate supersede/append/prepend targets for the user.

second, i wonder if we should define a behaviour when domain-name is
superseded, for the case of current dhclient.confs that didn't want any
server-fed resolverness.
