the present cvs repository on V3-RELEASE-BRANCH is going to be v3.0.1,
barring any unusual circumstances.  i'm comitting the removal of the RC
tags.

if any of you know of any outstanding bugs that should be fixed before
that, or anything that you sent to me but somehow i have missed, or
any other seemingly applicable condition, please say something very
soon now.


			Changes since 3.0.1rc12

- The 'ping timeout' debugs from rc12 were removed to -DDEBUG only,
  and reformatted to correct a compilation error on solaris platforms.

- A patch from Ted Lemon was applied which fixes a case where leases
  read from the leases database do not properly over-ride previously
  read leases.

- dhcpctl.3 manpage was tweaked.
